Chapter 1: Village of Khalim
| Secret | How to Get |

(Secret 1/6) | Found in the room after the Melee combat tutorial. Use your shield to break the wooden barrier wooden barrier

(Secret 2/6) | The Imp Toy can be found near the plaza, locked by the Blue Key that you'll obtain from the cultists. After getting out of the church, follow the trail to the left until you see another gate that can be unlocked using the key you just found. |
(Secret 3/6) | Head towards the cliff behind the Shredder weapon drop, and you'll see a ledge that will take you down a cave with resources to refill on, as well as the Soldier Toy collectible. |
(Secret 4/6) | The Combat Shotgun Nightmare skin can be located in a cave near the Shredder weapon drop. From the drop area, head towards the cliff where the weapon case is facing, and you'll see another hidden cave you can jump to. Make sure to sprint while jumping to reach the cave entrance! |
(Secret 5/6) | Defeat the demons after picking up the Rail Spike Shredder, then head to the path underneath the giant crane. Around the corner of the giant crane is a small pathway to reach a cliffside. The purple key will be waiting here. |
(Secret 6/6) | Towards the path leading to the final objective, you'll find a Wall scramble you can climb up to your left. There, you'll find the first Codex page for your dossier. |

Chapter 2: Hebeth

(Secret 1/9) | The Imp Stalker Toy can be found jumping down the vent by the boxes stacked flat against the wall. Proceeding through the shaft leads you to where the demon had initially burst from. |
(Secret 2/9) | Above the warded gate blocking the cultists, there is wall that can be climbed on that will lead to a gold trail. |
(Secret 3/9) | This gold cache is accessed by breaking the metal doorway on the way to the Research Lab. |

Chapter 6: Siege Part 1

(Secret 2/11) | Nearby one of the objectives is a hidden nook in the mountain, with a wooden barricade. Breaking it with a Shield Charge will reveal a gold cache. |
(Secret 3/11) | Behind a locked gate of a tower is a gold chest. To access it, walk around the shallow waters right up to the banner hanging up a pole. Underneath the banner Underneath the banner

(Secret 4/11) | In the area where you jump through a portal to access, there is a gold cache hiding behind a locked gate. Break the metal lock holding up the metal box, then Shield Recall Jump to the higher platform across you. Shield Charging the wooden bridge will raise the gate beside the other platform, so hop down to the platform to get up on the unlocked area. Make your way across the bridge and down the stairs, and that's how you get to the gold cache. |
(Secret 5/11) | There is an opening at the base of the mountain nearby where the Purple Key can be found. The gate will need the same key, and behind it will be the Slayer Toy. |
(Secret 6/11) | Nearby one of the Gore Portals is a tiny valley where bodies are hanging from the wooden beams. In between the beams is an entrance to an enclosed spot filled with demons. There is a climbable wooden board that will lead to a cave entrance leading to the Ruby and other goodies. |
(Secret 7/11) | In the same area as where Ruby 3 can be found, the weapon skin is nearby. Jump down the platform and follow a trail of gold to lead you to a locked gate nearby that uses the Purple Key. This will reveal the Nightmare Impaler Skin. |
(Secret 8/11) | In the portal where you get the Chainshot, there is a blue-marked wall nearby which you can smash through to find a secret Gold Cache. |
(Secret 9/11) | Nearby one of the Sentinel Shrines is a portal that will lead to a secret area. Throw your Shield at the gate gate

Chapter 7: Siege Part 2

(Secret 1/9) | In the room with the Mancubus, use your Shield Bash to push the box against the wall, revealing a blue-marked door containing a Life Sigil. |
(Secret 2/9) | In the same area as Life Sigil 1, find an opening leading to a box you can climb up. Continue climbing up two more walls to find the Gold Cache. |
(Secret 3/9) | On the second floor of the church area, there is a gap you can jump across which has a blue-marked door on the opposite end. Shield bash through and find a wall you can climb up. Inside is a Gold Trail and a Pinky Rider Toy. |

(Secret 5/9) | In the hallway with chairs, you'll find a blue-marked door on one wall. Continue ahead and grab the Gold Cache (x8) on the right, then turn left to find the Gold Trail (x7) and a jump pad; you'll also find the Secret Key across the gap from the jump pad. |
(Secret 6/9) | After getting the Secret Key, drop down into the courtyard area to find a door with a purple lock in the middle of the wall. Go inside to find the Ruby. |

Chapter 8: Abyssal Forest

(Secret 2/11) | Continue to descend the path from where you obtained the 4th Gold Trail. Head to the bottom and swim forward to the end of the path. Climb the wall, and you'll find the 5th Gold Trail Location. |
(Secret 2/11) | After getting the 5th gold trail, go to the end of the path and climb up with the blue jump booster. Defeat the lone enemy in the area and you can reach the ruby. |

Chapter 9: Ancestral Forge

(Secret 1/9) | The third wolf statue is found in a secret area near the entrance to the Ancestral Heart. It is behind a gate locked by a Secret Key and guarded by a Nightmare Imp Stalker. Use your shield throw to destroy this wolf statue. |
(Secret 2/9) | This secret area is found near the Ancestral Heart switch in the upper west enemy camp. Open the locked gate with the Secret Key and defeat enemies as you climb towards the top to find the Vagary Toy beside the Ruby. |
(Secret 3/9) | Access this secret area by using shield throw on a breakable metal above the platforms. Use another shield throw towards the energy node to reach multiple collectibles such as this Super Shotgun skin. |
(Secret 4/9) | This secret area is found near the lower west side of the Ancestral Heart. Shield recall jump over the platform and collect the gold trail before activating a switch that drops the Life Sigil to the ground. |
(Secret 5/9) | This secret area is found just below the first trail of gold and first Life Sigil. After picking up the trail of gold, enter the downward path to the right to find the first cache. |
(Secret 6/9) | This secret area is found inside a gate opened by the Secret Key. This area is near the third wolf statue. |
(Secret 7/9) | Access this secret area by turning around once you reach the elevated platforms area. Reach the gold stash by stepping below the energy node before using shield throw to lift the platform. |
(Secret 8/9) | Access this secret area by going below the platform with Lost Souls and Nightmare Imp Stalker. Collect the gold and exit through the breakable metal gate. |
(Secret 9/9) | Access this secret area by shield charging through the wall found below the Ancestral Forge. Shield throw towards the breakable metal to open the gate and acquire the second Ruby. |

Chapter 10: The Forsaken Plains
| Secret | How to Get |

(Secret 1/10) | Right before you reach the gate in the first objective, there is a cliff on the right with one Life Sigil. Use shield recall jump on the nearby cliff and jump to the cliff with the Life Sigil on it. |
(Secret 2/10) | Beneath the Wraithstone between the two Hell Cannons, there will be a passage that leads to a Life Sigil on the right. |
(Secret 3/10) | On the Secret Key tower, before you drop down to obtain the secret key, jump to the left to obtain a Gold Cache. |
(Secret 4/10) | After taking the Secret Key, take the path on the right until you reach a broken building. Scale the wall and on the left there will be a Shield Recall Jump that will lead you to a Life Sigil. |
| During the second objective face the locked gate with a Ruby then head right, below the cliff there will be a jump pad that will lead you to a Cyberdemon Toy. |
(Secret 6/10) | Near the rightmost sentinel shrine during the second objective, head right to see a passage full of flame traps, then wait until the elevator goes up. Jump to the right to reach the cliff with the Ruby. |

(Secret 2/9) | After dropping down to the command room, you'll notice a secret item behind a locked gate to your left. Find the breakable wall near the hologram at the center of the room. This opens up to a secret area with this Gold trail in it. |
(Secret 3/9) | After climbing and entering the vent near the first Sentinel Shrine, turn right instead of heading to the turrets shooting through the vents. |
(Secret 4/9) | After using the elevator and crossing the gap with the Mancubus on the other side, do not proceed to the next hallway yet. Instead, drop down the broken floor at the end to reach a secret area with a Ruby and a Gold cache. |
(Secret 5/9) | Open the first locked yellow gate after obtaining the Yellow Keycard, then sprint through the gap without jumping to reach this secret area with a Gold chest. A jump pad is available at the bottom in case you missed the jump. |
(Secret 6/9) | Access this vent from the hidden breakable wall in the vertical shaft near the Yellow Keycard. |
(Secret 7/9) | Found near where you get the Yellow Keycard. Break through the hidden breakable wall in the vertical shaft, and the hidden vent will lead to the secret area where the Secret Key is. |

(Secret 9/9) | This toy is locked behind a gate near the Sentinel Shrine that needs the Secret Key to unlock. You'll find the Secret Key near the end of the chapter in a secret room close to the Yellow Keycard. |

Chapter 14: Spire of Nerathul

(Secret 2/10) | Use the purple device in the area where the first gold trail is. This will activate a jump platform near the main portal. Use this platform to reach a secret area and acquire the first Ruby. |
(Secret 3/10) | This secret area is found by going down a platform to the left before shield charging through the 2nd green ring. Follow the trail of gold and defeat Tentacles to reach the first Life Sigil. |
(Secret 4/10) | This secret area is found by using shield recall jump from the area where you first encounter an Acolyte. Use the shield to reach the higher platform. |
(Secret 5/10) | Access this secret area below the area where you first encounter an Acolyte. Go down a platform and follow the trail of gold] until you reach the City of Ry'uul Codex. |
(Secret 6/10) | Access this secret area by shield throwing the energy node to lift the platform in front. Swim through the water under it and follow the trail of gold while avoiding the crushing traps until you surface and acquire the second Ruby. |
(Secret 7/10) | Move past the purple device and go to the right to access this secret area. Carefully swim through the fireball path until you reach a trail of gold and a second Life Sigil. |
(Secret 8/10) | This secret area is found beside a narrow platform with an Armored Mancubus and a Whiplash. Defeat the enemies before going down to the right and collecting the chest. |
(Secret 9/10) | Obtained by defeating the Mancubus Leader found after destroying a Gore Nest. Reach this secret area by going down a platform and using a green ring to shield charge. Increases maximum armor capacity. |
(Secret 10/10) | This secret area is found near the end of the chapter. Before getting the Wraithstone and using the Cosmic Eye beside it, use shield charge on the wooden barrier to the right. |
City of Ry'uul Walkthrough, Secrets, and Collectibles
Chapter 16: The Kar'Thul Marshes
| Secret | How to Get |

(Secret 1/5) | Enter the portal near Gold Trail 1. Enter the area and finish a two simple puzzle mechanics. |
(Secret 2/5) | Destroy all Wolf Statues within the area to unlock the Wraithstone. It can be found near Gold Trail 2. |
(Secret 3/5) | Directly in front of Gold Trail 3 is a rotating room puzzle. Solve this and reach the Gold Cache at the end of the room. |
(Secret 4/5) | It can be seen in the same area as Gold Cache 4. This is obtained during the first objective. |
(Secret 5/5) | A big black and green gate can be found next to Gold Trail 6 & Gold Caches 5. Enter this gate and at the end of a long, winding tunnel is the Gold Chest. |

Chapter 17: Temple of Lomarith

Chapter 20: Resurrection
| Secret | How to Get |

(Secret 1/12) | From Gold Trail 2, there is a path on the opposite side of the area that turns left. Follow that path and climb up the area past the nearby broken wall. Shield Charge the cannon to unlock a hidden area. This Gold trail is found leading to a door requiring a yellow key. This is obtained during the second objective. |
(Secret 2/12) | This can be found in a narrow path near Gold Trail 6. Destroy all Wolf Statues to unlok the Wraithstone. This is obtained during the second objective. |
(Secret 3/12) | From Gold Cache 3, turn right and enter the narrow path. Proceed further into the secret area. This is obtained during the second objective. |
(Secret 4/12) | Jump down the cliff where you can find the Yellow Secret Key and turn right. You will see a big yellow gate containing this Toy. This is obtained during the second objective. |
(Secret 5/12) | While following the objective ping for the third Siege Tower, you will come across an area with several enemies. In the far right corner of the area is a lever opens a path down to a secret area. The gate blocking off this toy can be opened by climbing up a bit and using your shield to trigger the mechanism across the room. This is obtained during the second objective. |
(Secret 6/12) | From Gold Cache 6, go to the right side of the area and enter the path leading to the secret area. This Gold Trail is found underwater, and activating the switch this trail leads to will open a Shield mechanism. This is obtained during the second objective. |
(Secret 7/12) | From Gold Chest 2, jump down the platform and go to the left. You will see a door that requires a Blue Key. Enter this door and turn right. This is obtained during the second objective. |

(Secret 10/12) | Continue down the path for Gold Trail 19 and make a right u-turn. The Secret Blye Key is needed to open the door leading to this. This is obtained during the second objective. |
(Secret 11/12) | Climb back up the wall where you found Gold Cache 1. Proceed further into the structure and use the Secret Yellow Key to open the lock. This is obtained during the second objective. |

(Secret 1/11) | After you clear the demons in the starting area, there is a little cave up a hill near where you initially dropped off. Climb up the hill to find the Life Sigil. |
(Secret 2/11) | Before opening the gate of the next area with the Blue Skull, there is a room with a chasm that contains a jump pad. When you drop down to it, it'll send you to a higher platform where up ahead will be the gold chest. |
(Secret 3/11) | You'll have to climb up the same platform where Gold Chest 1 is found, then walk on an organic bridge held up by chains to get to a hole that'll drop you down to Ruby 1. |
(Secret 4/11) | After you unlock the gate by throwing your shield at the mechanism, proceed through the new area. You'll have to get rid of some demons loitering in the area, and Shield Charge the blue stone barrier blue stone barrier

(Secret 5/11) | In the same area as Gold Trail 4, Shield Charge a nearby blue barrier hiding a mechanism that will drop down a climbable surface. There'll be Armor and HP refill, and Gold Chest 2 just around the corner. |
(Secret 6/11) | You'll be able to access this Ruby after finding Gold Trail 5 and Life Sigil 2. After climbing up the footbridge, recall your shield back to raise the gate blocking the next area. Climb up the surface, and you'll be met with Ruby 2. |
(Secret 7/11) | After obtaining the Purple Key, you can now return to previous areas that had a locked gate. Ruby 3 is located nearby the Marok Codex, inside the hill. Follow along the base of the hill until you come across the entrance and proceed. You'll be able to find Gold Cache 2 and Ruby 3 in this hidden area. |
(Secret 8/11) | After obtaining the Purple Key, you can now return to previous areas that had a locked gate. Nearby a Sentinel Shrine, there is a locked gate hiding Gold Trail 8 and Life Sigil 3 |
(Secret 9/11) | After obtaining the Purple Key, you can now return to previous areas that had a locked gate. Return to the path you used when picking up the Blue Skull, and unlock the gate with your key. Gold Chest 3 is just behind the gate. |
(Secret 10/11) | After obtaining the Purple Key, you can now return to previous areas that had a locked gate. Return to the path you used when picking up the Blue Skull, and the Wraithstone will be just around the corner, and is accessed by unlocking the gate with your key. |
(Secret 11/11) | After obtaining the Purple Key, you can now return to previous areas that had a locked gate. Near the location of the Blue Skull, turn around the corner and look for a slope in the courtyard. Down this area will be a locked gate with some Gold Cache hiding behind a locked gate. |
